All Tonmode items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. We ship worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because items are custom-made, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on used items, but anything damaged, defective or misprinted is on us.
