Refund policy

The short version

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns for "I changed my mind" or sizing regret. But if something arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we'll fix it — full refund or free replacement, your call.

What's covered

✓ We've got you:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item or size shipped
  • Print misaligned or visibly flawed
  • Item never arrived (lost in transit)

✕ Not covered:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong size yourself
  • Item worn or washed
  • Minor color variation from screen to fabric

How to start a claim

Email support@tonmode.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (defect, wrong item, damage — whatever it is)
  • A quick description of what went wrong

We typically respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

What happens next

Once we confirm the issue, you'll get either a free replacement (we'll reprint and reship at no cost) or a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you'd prefer. No need to ship anything back unless we specifically ask.

Sizing

Not sure about sizing? Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we can't offer exchanges for sizing — but we're happy to help you pick the right size beforehand if you message us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, though it can take your bank a few extra days to show it on your statement.
