The basics

By browsing or buying from Tonmode, you're agreeing to these terms. Tonmode is run by CS Digital Wonders LLC, a Wyoming-based company. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site — and feel free to reach out with questions first.

Who can shop here

You need to be 18 or older to create an account and place orders with us. If you're shopping for a kid (hey, we sell youth sizes too), that's totally fine — the account holder just needs to be an adult.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself, and let us know right away at support@tonmode.com if you think someone else has gotten into your account. You're responsible for what happens under it, so don't share your password with your little brother.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and can change without notice (though we'll never change the price on an order you've already placed).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — say, if there's a pricing error, stock issue, or something looks fraudulent.
Every Tonmode piece is made to order. That means production starts once you check out, so there's a small window before it ships.

Product images & accuracy

We do our best to show colors and fits accurately, but screens vary, and fabric is fabric — slight differences can happen. If something's noticeably off from what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

The designs, graphics, logo, and site content are ours (or licensed to us) and protected under applicable law. Feel free to repost a photo of you wearing your Tonmode gear — just don't rip off our designs for your own thing.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, try to mess with how it works, or attempt to scrape/copy the catalog at scale. Basically: shop like a normal human and we're all good.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tonmode and CS Digital Wonders LLC aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages connected to your use of the site. Our total liability won't exceed what you actually paid us for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We might update these terms occasionally — when we do, we'll update the date at the top. Keep using the site after a change, and that means you're cool with the update.
