Made-to-order, explained
We don't sit on piles of inventory — every item is printed and produced after you place your order. That means a little extra time upfront, but it also means less waste and a product made specifically for you.
Production & shipping times

So total delivery is usually somewhere between 5–12 business days depending on where you are. Holidays and high-demand periods can add a day or two — we'll always flag it if there's a delay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If a few days pass and tracking hasn't updated, don't panic — sometimes carriers take a moment to scan packages. If it's been a week with no movement, email us.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on the banner up top.
Multiple items, one order
If your order has multiple items, they might ship separately depending on production location — you'll get a tracking link for each shipment.
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before checking out. Once an order enters production, we usually can't change the address — and we're not able to cover the cost of packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs & import fees (international)
If you're ordering from outside the US, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These aren't included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility — sorry, it's just how international shipping works.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, email us at support@tonmode.com with your order number — we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
