A Kids Heavy Cotton Tee. The inner neck labels are printed using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) method, while the rest of the design is applied with the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) method.
Material & Quality
This tee is made with 100%, midweight (5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²)), US cotton for solid colors, offering a soft feel suitable for any season. Heather colors are a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester, and Ash is 99% cotton and 1% polyester. The shoulders feature twill tape for improved durability, and the ribbed knit collar is curl resistant, helping to retain its shape. There are no side seams, as the garment is knit in one piece using tubular knit construction, reducing fabric waste. All t-shirts come with pearlized, tear-away labels for total comfort. The blank tee is made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton, and Gildan is a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol. It is certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Certificate No. 168252, OETI - Institut fuer Oekologie) for safety and quality assurance, and is REACH certified.
